Printing

Introducing Princh, our new printing solution!

We have implemented Princh, a new printing solution, at our libraries. With our new solution it is now possible to easily and securely print from a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop, both remotely and at the library.

How to use the service

Printing from your mobile phone or a tablet

  1. When printing at the library: locate the print guide poster near the printer and scan the QR code.
    1. When printing remotely: open your browser, go to print.princh.com and enter the 6-digit printer ID to select the printer (find IDs below).
  2. Upload your document(s).
  3. Adjust the settings.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Proceed to the Print Release Terminal to pay for and finalize your print job.

Printing from your laptop

  1. When printing remotely or at the library: open your browser, go to print.princh.com and enter the 6-digit printer ID to select the printer (find IDs below).
  2. Upload your document(s).
  3. Adjust the settings.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Proceed to the Print Release Terminal to pay for and finalize your print job.

Prints are .15 cents for Black and White and .20 cents for color.

Double sided prints are .20 cents regardless of color.

Faxing

Faxes are FREE.

Laminating

Laminiation is .75 cents per square foot.

Cricut

A smart cutting machine with the ability to cut multiple forms of media. Machine and tools free to use, must bring your own materials.

Roku Sticks

Hulu, Paramount +, and Disney + streaming services available to check out on Roku.

Hot Spots

Take the Internet on the go with a hotspot from Barclay Public Library.

Scanning

FREE. We can scan your documents and send them to whatever email address you need them to go to.

Resume Review

FREE. Drop off your resume draft at the library and we’ll give you suggestions to make your resume stand out.

Practice Interviews

FREE. Call 217-672-3621 to schedule a practice interview with the Library Director over Zoom or in person.

Meeting Room

Free to use for people residing in our service area and for non-profit, educational, cultural, civic and social organizations operating in our service area. $10 for people outside of our service area, with a $50 deposit required at the time of booking. After hours use is available.
